Motor Racing at Goodwood is twenty-five minutes by car and the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Reviaval are special events to look out for every year.

Pagham Harbour is famous with Ornithologists and is five minutes drive from Selsey.

Chichester Harbour is similarly very close and special tours are available for birdwatching, history of the harbour and photography.

Portsmouth is thirty minutes by car and trips to the Isle of Wight are very popular.

Southampton and Gatwick are the two closest airports to Selsey
