The City of Chichester with its magnificent Cathedral and Festival Theatre is twenty minutes by car. There is an excellent bus service from Selsey to Chichester.

Motor Racing at Goodwood is twenty-five minutes by car and the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival are special events to look out for every year.

Pagham Harbour is famous with Ornithologists and is five minutes drive from Selsey.

Chichester Harbour is similarly very close and special tours are available for birdwatching, history of the harbour and photography.

Arundel with its famous Castle is 30 minutes drive away.

Portsmouth is thirty minutes by car and trips to the Isle of Wight are very popular.

Southampton and Gatwick are the two closest airports to Selsey.
